Marketing Coordinator


All-Ways Elevator, Inc., is looking to hire the right candidate to become a part of our rapidly growing company. We are a local, family owned and operated, full service Elevator Company specializing in installations, both commercial and residential, maintenance and service on existing equipment, as well as modernization and repairs. We pride ourselves on being a quality run business that truly exemplifies professionalism, craftsmanship, customer service and satisfaction. We are looking for someone who holds true to these qualities. This opportunity, working as a part of a mid-sized family owned business, will provide many elements for the right individual to utilize their strengths and experience.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with research, product management and sales to create strategies and tactics for unique service promotions designed to attain specific corporate goals.
  • Successfully manage multiple projects, work with tight deadlines and develop and enhance corporate image.
  • Collaborate creative ideas to develop marketing and communications plans that leverage the social media space.
  • Responsible for creating and developing promotional content for all direct mail and emails.
  • Track results of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage events, book venues and order marketing materials.
  • Blog on an ongoing basis in support of our corporate initiatives and to attract site visitors though search, social, and our email subscribers.
  • Maintain and grow our subscriber base by providing them regular helpful content that’s in-tune with their needs.
  • Develop educational & sales material for staff & customers.
  • Maintain various Social Media sites.
  • Investigate new advertising avenues.
  • Design and manage all promo items, website and sales material.
  • Other marketing related tasks as the company deems necessary.

 Qualifications / Required Skills

  • 2 – 4 years+ professional experience in developing and analyzing marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Must have experience with google analytics and SEO & SEM.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
  • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle work productively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a professional, focused attitude, be hardworking, detailed oriented and have a desire to succeed.
  • Must have in depth knowledge of Social Media.
  • Graphic design experience a plus.
