Personal Assistant / Driver


All-Ways Elevator, Inc., is looking to hire the right candidate to become a part of our rapidly growing company. We are a local, family owned and operated, full service Elevator Company specializing in installations, both commercial and residential, maintenance and service on existing equipment, as well as modernization and repairs. We are looking for someone who holds true to these qualities. This opportunity will provide many elements for the right individual to utilize their strengths and experience.


  • Chauffer Vice President in a safe and efficient manner
  • Manage, coordinate, and maintain professional and personal calendar of Vice President
  • Tracking, scheduling, and routing for all travel
  • Organize internal and external meetings on behalf of Vice President
  • Administrative support for meetings when required including drafting and circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes, communicating meeting invitations and reminders
  • Manage and organize all professional and personal travel and logistics including flights, hotel accommodations, car rentals and meeting schedules
  • Handle all administrative tasks for Vice President
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on all conversations and information heard
  • Monitor and respond to incoming communication to Vice President’s office including phone calls and emails
  • Manage Vice President’s vehicle maintenance & subscriptions
  • Handle all of Vice President’s personal tasks/errands
  • Other related tasks as the Company deems necessary and/or assigns


  • 5 years’ experience supporting a senior level executive
  • Logistical knowledge of Long Island, 5 Boroughs, New Jersey and ability to use GPS
  • Must possess and maintain a valid and clean driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, as required
  • Neatly presented and professional appearance
  • Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
