All-Ways Elevator, Inc., is looking to hire the right candidate to become a part of our rapidly growing company. We are a local, family owned and operated, full service Elevator Company specializing in installations, both commercial and residential, maintenance and service on existing equipment, as well as modernization and repairs. We pride ourselves on being a quality run business that truly exemplifies professionalism, craftsmanship, customer service and satisfaction. We are looking for someone who holds true to these qualities. This position is crucial to our business as you are most times the first point of contact when a customer contacts our company and therefore we need someone who is personable, outgoing, understands how to deliver service to a client and works well under pressure.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and direct calls in a professional, friendly and courteous manner
  • Assisting customers over the phone
  • Filing, faxing, scanning, copying, sending emails and other office tasks
  • Managing the inventory and ordering of office supplies
  • Processing shipping labels
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments and travel arrangements
  • Typing correspondence
  • Perform all aspects of Receptionist responsibilities and other related tasks as the company deems necessary and/or assigns

 Qualifications / Required Skills

  • Heavy phone multitasking ability
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills & detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and meet the day to day demands
  • Clean/valid driver’s license
